What should I do if I forget my password?

Please follow these simple steps to perform a password reset.

Step 1: Go to JeetBuzz homepage and click on ‘Login’ option 2: From the new displayed page, navigate to the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

Step 2: Select how you would like to reset your password. 

i.) If you wish to reset your password via email panel, Enter your username and email address verified on your JeetBuzz account and press ‘Confirm’ button.Please login and check your email for your random password. If you don t receive email please check your junk/spam mail folder.

ii) If you would like to change your password via SMS, please enter your username and valid mobile number associated with your JeetBuzz Account and click ‘Confirm’. Password changed successfully, kindly check your phone for Password: Pq45il.

Step 3: enter new random password to your account. (please the random password to your own password change, another give your account password has been the more safe.) (100% password random) enter your random password. enter your own password again. upon Click submit.

Note:

After you submit three SMS reset passwords, you must wait 72 hours to try again.

You are required to login with the new randomly generated password within 15 minutes or the password will expire.

SMS is the second-factor authentication. I will send an SMS to the phone number of the customer. As a customer, if you cannot reset the password via SMS, you can request an email to reset the password.
If you reset the password through an email, it won’t affect the request for the password reset via SMS.

If you cannot recover the password by SMS and Email, please contact our customer support team. We will identify you manually and reset your password through our customer support.

Why am I not receiving password reset emails?

There are a few possible reasons, please check if:

i) Your personal mailbox is full

ii) Delivered email were flagged as [Spam/Junk]

iii) Delayed due to network issues

iv) Incorrect email upon registration

If the problem persists, please contact our 24/7 customer support team for further assistance.

How can I change my account password?

The steps below describe how to change a known password. 

Step 1: Login to your JeetBuzz account.

Step 2: Click ‘My Account’ and select ‘Reset Password’.

Step 3: Enter your current password and then enter your new password. Click ‘Confirm’.

Note: The new password must be different from your older passwords. Never share your account number with someone and please change your password often.

Why can’t I login to my account?

There are a few possible reasons: 

i) Incorrect username or password. Password is case–sensitive, it should contain:

6-20 characters

a minimum of 1 upper case letter (A-Z)

a minimum of 1 lower case letter (a-z) 

a minimum of 1 numeric character (0-9)

Special characters are allowed (@$!%*#)

If you still encounter this issue, please reset your account password (you may check the below link how to reset your password)

ii) Locked account – account locked due to multiple unsuccessful password attempts.

iii) Account suspended due to: 

Failure to verify your account information including date of birth, phone number and email address prior to your withdrawal.

Duplicate account.

Abnormal behavior of the account.
